1. Scope
This policy covers copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act where applicable, as well as good-faith reports involving trademarks, product packaging, brand assets, likeness, privacy, marketplace policy, or other intellectual property concerns.
Pixer is an AI product imagery tool. Users may upload product photos, prompts, logos, packaging, reference images, and other materials. Users are responsible for making sure they have the rights needed to upload and use those materials and to publish any resulting outputs.
2. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content processed, hosted, linked, or made available through Pixer infringes your copyright, send a notice to pixer.design.ai@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The URL, account, file, render, listing, or other information that helps us locate the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. What we may do
After receiving a valid complaint, Pixer may remove or disable access to content, restrict sharing or downloads, contact the user, preserve relevant records, suspend accounts, or take other steps we believe are appropriate.
We may reject notices that are incomplete, abusive, misleading, or outside the scope of this policy. Submitting a false notice may expose you to legal liability.
4. Counter-notices
If your content was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the action was a mistake or that you have authorization to use the material, you may send a counter-notice to pixer.design.ai@gmail.com.
Your counter-notice should identify the removed material, explain why you believe the restriction was mistaken, include your contact information, and include any statements required by applicable law.
5. Repeat infringers
Pixer may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly submit content that creates legal, marketplace, or platform risk.
6. Trademark, likeness, and marketplace complaints
If your concern involves a trademark, brand asset, logo, packaging design, person's likeness, privacy right, counterfeit product listing, or marketplace-policy violation, contact us with enough detail to evaluate the issue.
Useful information includes the affected brand or person, registration numbers where relevant, links or screenshots, the Pixer account or output involved, and a short explanation of the harm or unauthorized use.
7. No legal advice
Pixer cannot provide legal advice, decide complex ownership disputes, or act as a court. We review complaints operationally and may take action when we believe a report is credible or when continued access creates legal or platform risk.
8. Contact
Send copyright, trademark, likeness, and other IP reports to pixer.design.ai@gmail.com.
