1. Who we are
Pixer provides AI-powered tools for product imagery, marketplace listing assets, and related creative workflows. In this policy, "Pixer," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Pixer service.
If you have questions about privacy or want to exercise privacy rights, contact us at pixer.design.ai@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Account and authentication information
We collect information needed to create and manage your account, including your email address, session information, magic-link login tokens, and, if you sign in with Google, the Google account information Google makes available to us, such as email, name, avatar, and Google account identifier.
Product uploads, prompts, and generated assets
When you use Pixer Studio, we may collect and store product photos, reference images, custom instructions, prompts, product names, categories, generated images, thumbnails, render metadata, and generation history. Future Pixer features may also process video, product cards, captions, brand assets, templates, or additional reference materials you choose to upload.
Payments and credits
When you buy credits or paid features, we store payment metadata such as email, purchased pack, credits, amount, Stripe checkout session, and transaction timestamps. We do not store full payment card numbers. Card processing is handled by Stripe.
Creator program information
If you join the creator or influencer program, we may collect payout method, payout email, submitted social video URLs, platform, views, likes, shares, comments, referral code, referral statistics, payout requests, transfer identifiers, and admin review notes.
Usage, device, and analytics information
We may collect basic technical and usage information such as page views, IP address, approximate country, browser/device data, timestamps, generation success or failure, generation duration, selected styles, and service health events.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve Pixer.
- Authenticate users and maintain sessions.
- Analyze uploaded product photos and generate requested outputs.
- Store your render history so you can view and download prior generations.
- Process payments, manage credits, and maintain billing records.
- Provide onboarding, support, account notices, and service emails.
- Detect abuse, fraud, suspicious creator-program activity, and technical failures.
- Understand product usage and prioritize future features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. AI processing
To provide AI-powered features, we may send your uploads, prompts, product descriptions, custom instructions, and related metadata to AI service providers. These providers process the information so Pixer can classify products, generate or edit images, and return outputs to you.
You should avoid uploading private, sensitive, confidential, or regulated personal data unless it is necessary for your intended use. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload product photos, logos, packaging, people, trademarks, or other materials to Pixer.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar browser storage for essential service functions, including login sessions, Google OAuth state, creator referral attribution, and restoring pending generation state after sign-in. If you disable cookies, parts of Pixer may not work correctly.
6. Third-party services
We use service providers to operate Pixer. Depending on the feature, these may include:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Google for OAuth sign-in.
- OpenAI or other AI providers for image analysis, generation, and editing.
- Cloudflare R2 or similar storage providers for generated images and assets.
- Turso, SQLite-compatible databases, hosting providers, and email delivery tools for application operations.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Pixer, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. Account data and generated assets may be retained until you delete your account or request deletion, unless we need to keep limited records for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Payment and accounting records may be retained for the periods required by applicable tax and bookkeeping laws. Magic links are short-lived and intended for one-time authentication.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications where applicable.
To make a request, contact pixer.design.ai@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.
10. International processing
Pixer and our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for international transfers.
11. Children
Pixer is not intended for children. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the service.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Pixer evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
